If you have a small head, and I mean a *really*small head, now's the time to invest in one of the best dual sport helmets on the market.
For the low low price of $349.99, the Shoei Hornet DS helmet is on sale! Snell rated, Fiberglas shell, lightweight, Pinlock-able, well vented, removable liners and more.
If I needed a dual sport helmet, this would be at the top of my list. One because it weighs practically nothing (~3.5lbs) and also because Shoeis fit my head really well. I've never met a man that fit a XS let alone a XXS helmet. There are only a handful of people who need XXS helmets, and it's extremely difficult to find really good ones.
If you fit any Shoei, you should easily fit into this one. Similar to their intermediate oval headshape (so your head from front to back is a bit longer than ear to ear).
As of right now, Revzilla has XS and XXS (DOUBLE Xtra Small!) for the same price in solid colors.

If you're a dual sport or offroad rider, you know how hard it is to find women's gear.
Klim offers a woman's offroad pant that is on par with their men's Dakar pants. They're even offering these in size US 2-16 and tall sizes! The fit is great for anything upright, and there is plenty of room in the knees for knee guards and external body armor. There are also pockets to add armor inserts but since they're designed mainly as an offroad pant, armor isn't included. They're very hip friendly and generous across the thighs/butt.
Unfortunately they're not waterproof but that's where the Altitude would come in handy.

A friend of mine was looking for some good ADV pants on a budget and I thought you might be a good person to ask that question.

As far as ADV pants on a budget, how about these various Klim pants on sale? The nice thing about Klim is the construction, Cordura. For less than $100 you can't go wrong with any of these. Hopefully there's something left in his size:
Klim Revolt - $55.38 ; however only sizes 28-30ish are left, these are vented but you can close them if need be. these are designed to be worn over the boots
Klim Mojave - $93.49; only a few sizes left, these are permanently vented for summer riding only, these are designed to be worn over the boots
Klim Chinook - $93.49; again, only a few sizes left, these also have adjustable vents and are designed to wear inside the boots
Olympia Dakar - $189.99; also Cordura construction, which zip away above the knees to turn into shorts!
